Dr. Lam
Dr. Frank Y. Lam has enjoyed practicing optometry in the Klamath Basin for over 30 years. For his undergraduate studies, he attended both Arizona State University and the University of Arizona. However, he considers himself a long-time Wildcat fan. He then received his four-year Doctor of Optometry degree from Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon. Dr. Lam found himself in Klamath Falls after working with his older brother, who had started his optometry career a few years earlier in Medford. Along with his wife, Bonnie, and their two grown children, Klamath Falls continues to be where they proudly call “home.” He looks forward to continuing his work providing quality optometric service to his patients, existing and new. During his free time, Dr. Lam is an avid cyclist and want-to-be golfer.
Veronica Cobian
Office Manager
Veronica joined the team in 2014. She is the most loyal and committed employee to date. She has many patients that asked for her by name. She is bilingual in Spanish and English.
Grizz Mendez
Grizz is our new receptionist. He began here in July of 2024. He enjoys spending time with his friends and family. He also enjoys going out in nature, such as hunting, fishing, and hiking. Grizz will welcome you at the door and will also be doing your pre-testing before going in and seeing Dr. Lam.

I am a compassionate and dedicated person who enjoys helping others and making a positive difference in their day. As an optician, I take pride in providing quality patient care and creating a welcoming environment.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, camping, and fishing with my Siberian Husky 2 year old.
